What you need to know
before completing our online arrangements
By completing the online arrangement, you understand and agree that:
- This is a direct, 'no service' cremation arrangement and no additional viewing of the deceased is required. Additional viewing can take place in the form of private viewing service or witnessing of cremation. Please contact us, if you wish us to arrange for such additional service.
- If the passing has just occured and immediate transfer of your loved one is required (e.g. at hospice, care home, or other facilities without a morgue), please call us (604.831.3023 - 24/7) so that we can dispatch our transfer team immediately.
- The death certificates, cremated remains and other requested items will all be delivered at the same to you within the delivery time you chose. You will be able to choose an expedited delivery service, if required.
- Payment is required at the time of arrangement. Death certificates will not be released without receipt of full payment on the account at the time of delivery. Please refer to our policy and procedures for details.
