Obituary for Lawrence Dale Andrews
August 31, 1950 – May 13, 2022
Peacefully, and with his wife and daughters by his side, Lawrence (Larry) Dale Andrews passed away on May 13th at his home in Cloverdale, BC.
Larry will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Charene; his daughters, Ashley and Lexy; his sister, Lorraine; and his extended family and many friends.
Larry was born in Edmonton, Alberta on August 31, 1950. He then moved with his family to Burnaby, BC, where he spent his childhood. Larry retired from the Burnaby Fire Department in 2003, however he kept busy working on home renovations for his family and friends.
Larry cherished his time with family and friends doing all the things he loved, including: golfing, riding his motorcycle, fishing, playing cards, going on road trips, spending time at the casino, and of course, having beers and burgers by the pool.
Larry was beloved by everyone who met him, an amazing husband, fantastic father, and great friend. As many have said, we lost a good man!
There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, May 26th at 1:00pm, at Burnaby Lake Pavilion, 6871 Robert Street, Burnaby.
