Obituary for Paul Alteza Dulay
July 11, 1968 – June 4, 2026
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Paul Dulay on June 4, 2026 at the age of 57.
Born on July 11 1968 in Manila Philippines, Paul spent most of his life in the Tri cities where he built lasting friendships and touched the lives of many.
Paul was a loving spouse, devoted son and uncle (Ninong), Lolo and cherished friend. He was known for his quiet, gentle demeanour, kindness, sense of humour, unwavering loyalty and generosity. A hardworking man with a huge heart, Paul always put others before himself and brought warmth and comfort to those around him.
Paul is survived by his parents, Manny and Fe, his beloved spouse Belinda, sisters Irma, Jo Ann (Dan); his nieces and nephew, Alyssa, Addison and Parker, his step daughters Tara, Kayla (Matt), his step grandchildren, Nevaeh, Audrey and Cole, many extended family, and dear friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.
Paul leaves behind a family who will love and miss him every day. His love, laughter and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Although his time with us was far too short, the memories he created, and the lives he touched will remain forever in our hearts.
Forever loved, deeply missed and never forgotten.
