Obituary for Howard Hung Kai Hau
May 9, 1934 – June 8, 2023
Howard Hung Kai Hau died away peacefully at home on June 8, 2023 at the age of 89 surrounded by his wife and two daughters.
He was born in Hong Kong on May 9, 1934 and graduated from National Taipei University in 1961 with a degree in pharmacy. He moved to Vancouver, Canada in 1967 and began working at Woodward’s and was there for over 23 years. He enjoyed a variety of individual sports and was involved at his local church.
A memorial service is scheduled at 11 am on Friday, June 23, at Vancouver Chinese Pentecostal Church with a reception to follow (location to be announced at the service). All are welcome to attend and celebrate Howard’s life.
