Obituary for Editha Santos Sarte
November 5, 1953 – April 7, 2026
Editha Sarte, born on November 5, 1953, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life reflected kindness, strength, and unwavering faith.
She is deeply loved and will forever be remembered by her children: Dennis, Ivhory, and Mark.
Mark, together with his partner Nary and their daughter Mealea, devoted their time and love to caring for her daily needs—offering constant comfort, companionship, and unwavering support.
She was also surrounded by the love and care of her family—Kuya Ronald and Ate Cecil’s family, as well as Eman and Jocel’s family—who all played meaningful roles in her life.
Her sister Vicky faithfully accompanied her to doctor’s appointments and ensured she received the care she needed. Her dear friend and roommate Eleonor was also a constant presence, assisting her in many ways and even preparing meals upon her request.
Dennis and Marie brought joy to her days through their calls and laughter, always making sure she felt loved. Ivhory and Sealtielle lovingly traveled to be by her side, caring for her and spending precious time with her in her final weeks.
To her daughter Ivhory and granddaughter Sealtielle—thank you for flying across the distance to be by her side, caring for her with such love and devotion. In her final days, you gave her comfort, warmth, and the deep reassurance that she was never alone.
She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Sealtielle, Rinoa, Aelred, Shana, Mealea, and Jaja, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will forever remain in our hearts.
