It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony (Tony)Scott, 93, of Burnaby, BC. Tony passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 23, 2026, in Burnaby, at Marigold Gardens.
Born July 12, 1933 in Schumacher Ontario. He was the son of Anton and Kata.
He worked as a meat manager at Safeway and for Advance Cabs as a taxi driver.
He was predeceased by his wife, Karen, his brother Steve, his sister Mary, and brother Fred. He is survived by his daughters, Antonia(Gerry), Tara, Shauneen, Nikki, and grandchildren Avalon, Nouveau and Jackson.
He had a smile and a laugh that filled every room he entered. He lived a full life and will be greatly missed.
Thank you to all the wonderful healthcare workers at Harmony Court who took such wonderful care of him for the past five years.
