Obituary for Lyne Marie Francine St-Pierre
June 27, 1957 – April 17, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lyne St-Pierre on April 17, 2026. She passed away peacefully at the age of 68, surrounded by her loving family.
Lyne was known for her kindness, her empathy, and her reassuring presence. She also possessed great inner strength and immense courage which, together with her gentleness, lit up everyone around her. She had a brilliant career as a nurse and then as a manager, which brought her pride and a deep sense of fulfillment.
However, her greatest pride remained her family: her beloved partner Louis, her children and their spouses, her grandchildren, including her step-grandson, as well as her sister, her brother, her nephews and an extended family. She leaves us with hearts full of precious memories that we will cherish forever.
A celebration of Lyne's life will be held on May 1, 2026 from 11 AM to 3 PM at the Celebration Hall and Courtyard at Mountain View Cemetery (5545 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC).
C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Lyne St-Pierre, survenu le 17 avril 2026. Elle s’est éteinte paisiblement à l’âge de 68 ans, entourée de sa famille aimante.
Lyne était reconnue pour sa bienveillance, son empathie et sa présence rassurante. Elle possédait aussi une grande force intérieure et un immense courage qui, alliés à sa douceur, illuminaient toutes les personnes autour d’elle. Elle a mené une brillante carrière d’infirmière puis de gestionnaire, qui lui ont apporté fierté et profond sentiment d’accomplissement.
Cependant, sa plus grande fierté demeurait sa famille : son amoureux Louis, ses enfants et leurs conjoints, ses petits-enfants, dont son beau-petit-fils, ainsi que sa sœur, son frère, ses neveux et leurs familles. Elle nous laisse le cœur rempli de précieux souvenirs que nous chérirons à jamais.
Une célébration de la vie de Lyne aura lieu le 1er mai 2026 de 11 h à 15 h à la salle de célébration et à la cour du cimetière Mountain View (5545, rue Fraser, Vancouver, C-B.).
