Obituary for Elizabeth 'Betty' Wilkie
November 25, 1938 – October 19, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mum, wife, grandma, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.
Mum was born in Glasgow, Scotland on November 25, 1938 and passed away peacefully at home on October 19, 2022, in Maple Ridge, BC.
Mum leaves behind her four children Carol (John), Jackie (Brian), Alana (Rich), David (Trish), and nine grandchildren Amanda, Krista, Matthew, Christopher, Samantha, Joey, Annica, Keiran and Avelina, as well as many family and friends.
Mum was predeceased by the love of her life Alan and by her four siblings, Mary, Tommy, Peggy and Patrick.
Mum and Dad are together again.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 1pm at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church (22561 121 Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC).
Celebration of Life to follow (2:30 pm to 4:30 pm) at Royal Canadian Legion 12101 224th Street, Maple Ridge, BC.
Memorial Donations
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mum's memory to Baillie House c/o Ridge Meadows Hospital are much appreciated.
