This is a funeral service at a church/chapel or hall, following a one-hour open casket viewing at the same location. Cremation will follow separately and privately, a business day or two after the funeral service date. Includes coordination, transportation and professional staff’s attendance at the viewing/ funeral event. This includes everything that Amherst Cremation Package covers: transfer from hospital/place of passing, shelter, registration, standard cremation, taxes and:
- Sanitary care, basic preparation & dressing of the deceased
- Embalming (if required)
- Divine cherry-finished hardwood rental casket for the service.
- Amherst’s exclusive satin-covered cremation container (for cremation)
- 2 (two) original death certificates, 1 (one) certified copy and 10 photocopies
- 1 (one) Amherst Cherry-finished wood urn
- Up to 3 (three) months courtesy storage of ashes at no charge.
- In-person delivery of the ashes (within BC Lower Mainland)
